This product was disappointing, especially for a large purchase. I ordered this for my son's Christmas present. After opening, we realized ALL assembly pieces were missing, as well as the inflator and spring. The product also looked like it had been previously owned, as one of the plates was already screwed on and in the instructions, it shows it as separate.We are very unsatisfied and have returned the product for a full return.

I like this product. It was an easy set up and the adjustable height is great. My wife can use it too. I added sand with water to the base to increase stability. Overall good product to burn some calories at home.

I like this product and it's a good training tool. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it doesn't come with assembly instructions. There's no picture on the box to help guide you. I have bought products like this in the past so I was able to figure out what went where and how to assemble the product. I've bought products in the past that have had minimal assembly required and were very basic as to how they were put together and they still came with assembly instructions.

The packaging was disorganized. I'm missing certain screws.I'm missing five out of eleven 4.2 screws.I'm missing three out of four of the top screws. They kinda oval shaped.I'm missing the fixing screw and the top screw that goes above the washer, which I am also missing.Also the inflator was broken when it came.Next time out the screws in ziploc bags and count them.I want those screws by the way.
