Really makes squaring up flying geese a breeze.

I looked at various rulers for making Flying Geese and the video for Quilt In A Day Ruler Calling All Geese was the selling factor. I think it is a great product and perfect for quilters who care about precision.

I'm sure this method for making flying geese has been around for quite some time, but it was new to me. The Quilt of Valor I was making called for Saw-tooth Stars, some of which were pretty small. I prefer not to have to handle and sew with tiny squares of fabric so I opted to use the Quilt In A Day Calling All Geese Ruler method. You get to use much larger pieces of fabric to start with and that makes it much easier for me to sew. Once you start using the ruler to cut and square up your geese you'll wonder why you ever did it differently. Out of over 100 flying geese the stars came out perfect AND I didn't lose ONE POINT! I couldn't have been more pleased. If it wasn't for the fact that each assembly makes 4 flying geese at a time I might have given 4 rather than 5 stars because of some waste fabric. So, 5 out of 5 stars from me. It's definitely worth it.

Unfortunately I have passed the return window or this would be going back. After only a few uses, the acrylic is chipping where you put in the rotary blade to make your trimming cut. I've been very careful but the blade has caught the acrylic and now the blade wants to catch every time.

I really dislike making flying geese. It didn’t matter how careful I would be, some were wonky. With this ruler, I might spend a little more time at my cutting table, but I feel it’s worth it because the geese turn out perfect and my blocks go together so much better.

This is seriously the best way to make flying geese. Four at a time and they all come out perfect. I struggled and struggled with other methods but this was a game changer.

It make the Flying Geese block so easy to make and making accurately to size. I used to dread making this block, but not any more. Great tool for quilting.

Holy smokes, could making flying geese get any easier? Following instructions I was able to do the sewing steps and put my unskilled husband on cutting duty. Made the quickest and most accurate flying geese borders ever. Of all my rulers probably the best value.

With this ruler it is very easy to make flying geese it's a must-have in anybody's sewing room
