Yes. I confirmed the number -- Vented is F 23-VPC and this is F-23-PC. It fits the oval Corning dish. I like it better because I never put the vented top in the microwave anyway, and it seems to seal better.

This lid only fits the 23 oz. - 679 mL oval. You need a big top for the 2.8 liter casserole.
