The phone was great right up until she had to update it to iOS 13.3 and then it froze on the apple logo screen all day. Tried a hard reset and nothing. Very upset, but not as much as her getting this amazing gift only to end up not being able to use it. Returned to Amazon who so far have been very quick on the pick up for return...awaiting results.
