While setting this up I noticed that accessing the internet was extremely slow. I started to troubleshoot and discovered that all traffic was being routed to IPs in China. After ruling out other potential causes I determined that a custom network card driver was the reason. To make matters worse, some files required to start the Windows Update service were missing, and policies had been applied to the device to specifically block device driver downloads. The most recent Windows updates were from 2019.In short, these devices are shipping heavily compromised and configured so they will remain that way. I would recommend staying away unless you are prepared to reimage the hardware with a fresh OS install and accept the risk that the hardware may also be malicious.

Affordable laptop for kids to do hw and virtual classes. Niece was able to log into his class and do her homework. The laptop is pretty light weight, about less than 5 lbs, which is convenient to move around. The processor is pretty decent and fast, runs on windows 10. Overall it does it’s job for my niece to do her job.

I had this product on for less than an hour. There was no initial setup for users. The default language was in Japanese, the windows product key was expired, and there was absolutely no paperwork with the product. Do NOT buy from this seller! A new laptop out of the box should not have these issues. This is either a quality control issue, or it has been left on the shelf so long that the software is obsolete.

I like the fact that it is light for my child, but it is supposed to be a gaming computer and everytime they try to install a game it freezes the computer and or doesn't install... So disappointed as my child was so happy to receive a computer for those specific functions and it does not even work... My window to return this computer has closed and now I am stuck with it until I can possible resell. Stick with Apple and or windows for gaming much better.

The product did not seem to be unused when I opened it. There was no system setup and instead it was set up already in what I suspect was the Chinese language. There were also no written instructions on the machines protocols.

Ordered the laptop made sure it had the ram and hardrive to support most games but processor sucks and every game lags
