Great panel of nutrients, swallowing 3 a day is a put off

I've jumped from so many vitamins... I'm done with labdoor, they're not reliable with Multivitamins, or much really. They're there to help you get a mental image of what to avoid, but not get whats actually good Anyway... these ones are the real deal, they're cheap compared to most of the Top brands with all their gimmicks... they have a sweet taste which makes it easier to swallow (most of capsule vitamins I've had have a horrible bland taste) and I definitely feel an improvement, mostly in sleep.

The only one my husband takes for his heart health ( after a triple bypass last year) and his overall health. Cant live without them :) He takes 3 every every evening before dinner.
