great introspective read, helps you really understand yourself
The whole concept behind the book is about schemas, or the self-developed procedures we tend to use as defaults, even when they are flawed. This book identifies your tendencies for specific schemas, then teaches you how to modify them to be more centered and focused on how you can change your ingrained processes. Hard to follow through and make the necessary changes, but it gives you the information to do so. Changing is up to you.
