Shame on you Amazon **Q: does this pool last more then one summer?** A: I've had my 18'x48' intex pool for 5 years. This year the ring wouldn't stay inflated, but it still remained full of water. I bought 13 pool noodles. Zip tied them together and placed under the ring. I then punched holes in the ring, and rolled the ring over the noodles and tied them together! Works perfectly! **Q: Can i switch the pool to a sand filter? If so what does everyone recommend?** A: As a 15 year pool man, certified CPO by the National pool and spa foundation… sand is the least effective filter. It allows the largest sized microns through.
