After opening the package, the capsules were unclean and full of oil. One of the capsules appears to have been damaged.

I've been taking these for 3 months now and am very pleased with them. I have better energy and my immune system has been phenomenal this cold and flu season. I've never had any upset stomach or weird burps from taking them. My only complaint is that amazon pharmacy doesn't have it set up to be a part of their med packs yet.

効果ないと思って、やめたら疲労感を かなり感じるようになり再開。 体調良し。効果あります。 ただし尿が蛍光マーカーみたいな 色になり匂いがキツくなります。 カプセルのサイズは自分史上最大。

I live in Japan, and they don't sell anything like this stuff. Take two teaspoons a day, and you will never have a problem! The package works really well, but I removed the pour spout so I could get my teaspoon in easier. I take it every night with a small cup of water, but I can also have it in my tea, fruit juice, coffee, and any other drink. There is no flavor, so you can put it in anything and it will taste exactly the same! Hell you could even have a glass of wine it.
