Proven to be awesome after a year of use!
These are great! After 2 weeks in Costa Rica a year ago and having the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had at the Red Frog in La Fortuna, I had to learn this method. I have been using these for a year. It gives you the perfect blend of allowing the flavor of the coffee through the filter more so than paper filters without letting too much of the granuals through like French press and steel filters. These don’t last forever so be ready to replace them if they get an off flavor for some reason.TIP!! The fellow at red frog taught me to use a spoon during the brewing process to “scrape” the inside of the filter sock to open it up and allow more of the flavor/aroma/oils through. This has proven to be a wonderful pro tip that I have adopted. Try it out! I do this once or twice between pouring some hot water through, especially what making more than one cup. Also, try to keep your batches small, no more than two or three cups per use.

A taste of Costa Rica
Pros: Works the same as other sock filters. I prefer this method of brewing coffee over the typical coffee machine. Different sizes are useful depending on how much coffee you are brewing.Cons: The wire around the filter tends to rust. The fabric around mine is turning green from what I assume is rust.

I do recommend this product. Great product, outstanding customer service
I recently purchased a set of this Chorreador, for some reason my first set developed rust stains around the rims. I contacted the seller and immediately sent me a replacement at no cost. I must say the customer service is outstanding and I couldn't love the product more. I have no issues with the new bolsas/chorreadores, one of them developed three small stains but the other two remained impeccable after using them. So I can not say the original issue has anything to do with the product itself, perhaps the ph of the water or something in the kind/brand of coffee I first used, I have no idea. Anyway, so far the bolsas are still perfect, nothing brews coffee better, I absolutely love them. Quick recommendation, follow the care instructions included in the package, otherwise the product or even your coffee may get ruined. And as the seller mentioned to me, do no use bleach.

Works as expected
I purchased these to use after my cold brew coffee is done. My cold brew coffee system leaves a bit of coffee "silt" after brewing. These filters catch about 80% of the silt, so they work, just not as well as I had hoped. They are flannel - just like what you'd expect. I think they will work for other things that need a fine filter, so overall, I'm happy with this purchase. Since they're cotton, they do stain even after you wash them, but that's to be expected with a flannel product.

Flimsy Flimsy Flimsy!!!
The worst coffee filter I’ve ever bought. I have been using cloth filters for years and when it was time to replace my 4 year old filter I went with this one. This is the flimsiest filter I’ve seen. I am afraid the handle will break off at any second and spill boiling hot coffee in my hands.

Long lasting great quality coladores
These coladores are great for making coffee. I prefer using these over any plug-in coffee maker. I’ve tried other coladores, but they fall apart too quickly. These are of a much better quality and last a long time. Highly recommend them.

Perfecto!
Perfect! Love the 2 smalls ones for up to 4 cups of coffee. I haven’t used the Large size but will when making 8+ cups. The coffee tastes sooooo much better and smoother using these socks vs paper filters. Will buy again.

Just what I ordered.
Just what I wanted - a coffee sock (3). Well made. Sparse but clear instructions. Maybe you have to have grown up in Tampa FL to really want and need a coffee sock, but I did and I now have three. I even enjoyed looking at the tracking gauge and imagining my package of three coffee socks traveling by freighter to my home. Good all the way around.

Excellent quality filters
These filters are great. I needed some filters for an old Costa Rican coffee maker that i bought back home when I went there. The coffee is very nice some of the best I have tasted. They are easy to clean afterwards. I use the medium size for one mug of coffee and I've got the larger one for when I want to make several cups.

Good quality cloth, but the wooden handle feels too short and small in your hand
The cloth is made of good quality. Works as advertised. My only gripe with this filter's design is how small the wooden handle is. It feels like it was made for lilliputs. I wish the handle was bigger and longer.
