Update: Hey Girl contacted me and made it right. They went above and beyond for me. Thanks! For the most part this is a good product. My wife loves it and it’s ok for me to. It’s soothing, but gives me heartburn. My biggest reason for only 3 stars (Changed to 5 Stars for Outstanding Customer Service) is on occasion we get a bag with several broken tea bags inside, which makes it unusable. For something this expensive, I expect better quality control so this does not happen.

It’s tea. A little bitter, thought it would help with my cold. Didn’t notice if it had helped. Drank several cups a day and after a week, I still have my cold.

I tried out this tea to see if it would help with my sore throat, headache and or stuffy nose and after a few months, I’m not really sure if it helped unfortunately. It feels great to drink with hot water and it helps my sore throat for a little bit but after a while I don’t really feel any better anywhere else. I drink it with hot water and the taste is bitter and a bit salty which I don’t mind, but when it gets cold, it tastes kind of sour so I try to finish it quickly. It does say to drink multiple cups a day, so I tried that, but it was still the same thing. Personally, it kind of feels like a tiktok trending item, rather than actually helping me to feel better overall. So overall, I feel like I would only drink it to help temporarily with a sore throat, but I don’t think I would necessarily drink this if I was really sick.
