Multi-Purpose Panel Adhesive is a two component epoxy for panel bonding of steel, aluminum, SMC and fiberglass.

Review: Expensive - This is my favorite panel bond adhesive. Its nice and thick, sticks amazing and works perfectly every time. The 3M is as good but even more expensive of course, other cheaper brands have been too thin for my liking. You don't want this stuff dripping, running all over the place, its a pain to clean up and looks highly unprofessional.
Review: Fixed door panels on a 1998 Honda Civic - I have a '98 Honda Civic 2 coupe, that I like to take care of. My driver's side power window start coming of the rails and going up and down at weird angles, so I decided to get in there and see what's wrong, eventually ended with replacing the window regulator. Now it was time to re-install the door panel but I couldn't get it on properly and a bit too much force cause the plastic at the top end to crack and crunch. Ugh... Read online someone had slathered this SEM Multi Purpose Panel adhesive onto their broken door panels and had a great success. I don't have the mixing gun for these products so I pushed the product out the container by whatever means I could. I mixed it and made a thin layer to cover one half of the plastic. On the second side I used a lot of adhesive. The side with more adhesive definitely came out stronger and stiffer. Either way, very happy with the results. It is worth the money.

**Q: Can it be used on a air conditioner  condens**
A: Yes, SEM 39747 Multi-Purpose Panel Adhesive is a very strong bonding agent. I use it to bond fiberglass panels on Corvettes & to glue metal brackets in place.

**Q: Is it strong enough rocker panels and cab corners with step boards mounted?**
A: it could be but you need to clamp it

**Q: How many bottles of this are needed per fender panel? I have two that I need to glue, and I'm not sure how much to order**
A: I'm not sure exactly. Coverage of any liquid product can vary wildly depending on the actual job and the user.  I personally don't get good mileage with anything! I do know that this goes a long way.

     What I might suggest is that you buy 3 or 4 from a seller such as us that will take unopened product back and return any that you don't use.

**Q: Will it work for hood sheet metal to lower structure 1964 Impala**
A: I used it to bond a metal panel to fiberglass in a 75 corvette and it worked fine. SEM claims it works well on metal, aluminum, fiberglass and sheet molded material. Follow the directions carefully and it will work fine.

This is my favorite panel bond adhesive. Its nice and thick, sticks amazing and works perfectly every time. The 3M is as good but even more expensive of course, other cheaper brands have been too thin for my liking. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cheaper than alternatives and just as good

This stuff is great to use for composites. The glass microspheres keep adhesive from squishing out. We use it to bond wood to carbon fiber. Tip- if you have leftover just let it harden in the mixing nozzle. When you need it again just swap a new nozzle on and prime like normal. This is the mfg recommended method. Tip- the nozzle tip can be trimmed to get more material to come out Tip- they sell fan tip nozzles. We put a small piece of tape in the middle of it to get a dual stream
