What is this scent like?

A light sweet scent. Maybe just a little floral touch to it. I use it for myself (not a child) and it is very effective.

What is the difference between the pink and purple scents? What does the pink smell like? The purple?

i don't know about the pink, but the purple is a pleasant smell, it's kind of flowery, but bright and flowery, not like old-lady flowery or even "natural product" flowery, which usually smells like lavender.

Can I use this on my 3 yr old?

I got this for my 6 yr. old granddaughter who has begun to have underarm body odor. She has sensitive skin with reactions to summer insects, soaps, detergents, etc. She has not had any problems with this so far but she's only used it a couple of times.
