Overall, it is pretty good considering it is 1/3 of the price. I did buy an extra standard pillow and take the stuffing out to split between 2 king sized pillows because they were under stuffed in my opinion, especially compared to the name brand ones. Once adding filling though, they are just as comfortable. The cooling side is more of a gimmick than anything as it feels cool at first but loses it almost immediately. I wish both sides were cooling so I could just keep flipping it. **Q: Where does this ship from ?** A: Not sure, but I ordered them 2 weeks ago with prime, and they still haven't shipped. I keep getting updates of "delayed shipping", but it's supposedly going to be here tomorrow...
