This is my tride and true magnesium supplement. I was searching for a mag supplement with Glycinate in it as that form of magnesium is most readily absorbed in our bodies- this combo of gyclinate and oxide hasn't disappointed. I wake up with more energy and feel much better rested. Be sure to eat with the medicine though, or *ermmm* diarrhea awaits.
