Cant seem to contact the seller? Hoping I will get a reply here. Bought on saturday, arrived this morning which was great. But unfortunately the tamagotchi is not working. It might turn on but then Freezes. If it diesnt freeze, it just switches off. We have been at it all day and have managed to get it to hatch once, any other time we turned it on, it has just turned off again. I have replaced battery so not an issue with that

Only thing is it’s bit difficult to see . Small and you have to hold it near a light to see .

Bought this for my daughters birthday, after 3 days 2 of the 3 buttons. I want a replacement or refund but there is no option to contact seller

Arrived on time and works well but the light does not work, can barely see anything

It’s easy to use and it wakes up at 9 am and it goes to sleep at 9pm. Great toy
