I’m a flight attendant and after one months of taking Ashwaganda I started to experience very deep abs great quality of sleep which I have been always deprived of. I used to struggle to fall asleep due to different work shifts and now I just pass out the moment I put my head on the pillow. And also my stress level went super low to a scary extent. Nothing stresses me out at work or in my personal life anymore. I just think this supplement is magical!

It arrived yesterday, and i tried 1 capsul. No effect at all. Today, i gave another try. Instead of curbing my appetite Or make me feel energized. It just make me sleepy. As a sleeping pill. I won't eat it any more as it really affect my work hours. Not recommend it, If you want to have a clearer mind Or curb your appetite. Recommend If you want to try a sleeping pill.

I don’t do a lot of reviews, but this deserves one. Been dealing with a lot of stress lately. This has really helped me regulate and also helped my energy levels. I also bought it for my bf to take because he works overnights and needed help with his energy levels and it’s done wonders for him too. I also Feel like it’s helped his sex drive a little more as well since the say it can boost testosterone which is a huge plus for both of us ;) Will start subscribing to this as I never Want to be without it! Ashwaganda is a super supplement that everyone should take.

I have so many stressors in my life at the moment. Ashwagandha and prayer have come in clutch. It doesn't do anything for pain. It has an earthy smell to it. Within about 30 minutes of taking it in the evening I'm ready to go to sleep.I don't get weird dreams from it so no "pizza dreams", but I do notice better sleep when I take it and I'm able to deal with the stress of the next day better.

I have issues with pre-hypertension and some fatigue, so, I wanted something that could possibly help with that naturally. I decided to try this brand as it uses naturally derived ingredients as well as they are third party tested and certified. I like that these are using organic ingredients for the tablets, although slightly larger than some are fairly easy to swallow. Being larger though, some people may have issues with taking these. I take these in combination with magnesium supplements and vitamin D. I have noticed that my blood pressure levels have lowered a bit. Previously, I would have readings that were more borderline than what I have had over the past few weeks of using this. I have also noticed slightly better energy levels and less fatigue. As far as stress and mood, I have not noticed any significant differences in that. So, I can’t say these truly work to make you feel less stressed/anxious or elevate your mood. These do seem to help me with getting a better night’s rest though. I am one who tends to take these claims from various companies with a grain of salt anyway. I was looking for something to help with overall health rather than something that cures everything. Combining this with diet and exercise has seemingly helped a bit with my current health issues. I do think these are a bit expensive for a 60-count bottle, which is a 2-month supply as you take one a day. Overall, it does seem to help with some of the things it claims to, but not all. 4 stars

Good quality, pretty hefty pills but that’s needed for the dosage. I notice really consistent results when I take it for a few days that I don’t feel as strung out. I trust the brand to consistently deliver quality and they’ve done so yet again
