EXIDE XPLORE 12XL14L Battery, 12 Volts

I am writing this review because of huge disappointment with the way the packaging has been done. Once opening the pack, observed a dent (you can observe in first pic) and dusty. Generally any new battery appearance will look good but this one does not seems to be brand new. Contacted Amazon.in helpline and got below response "investigation has to happened and customer need to contact post 2 days to know the status of it". So nothing I need to say, think before you order something. We may think that cost is less here, but when went to shops similar price we are getting it for with free installation.

Product was damaged.. It looks like fell down on floor.. Battery case has dents and bulging on it. I am not returning only because of the unavailability of battery in local market. Warranty may be void due to this physical damageNow battery is dead but i have Contacted exide and they promised me they will replace it

If you are thinking to have battery for your motorcycle then do not think twice buy this Exide battery you will not regret it. Best performance, charging to fast. Discharges slowly.
