Great product. I only have to use the sound feature and my dog is doing wonderful with training. It also has a vibration feature and the electric stimulation feature.

I have to say this kit is fantastic. As many have stated it's complicated, but if you watch some videos on YouTube but doesn't really take that long to figure it out. It comes with everything you could possibly want in terms of features and accessories All In The Box.I have to say having the option of sound vibration and shock, really make it easy to figure out what works for your dog. It seems like a lot of money to invest but, I've used other e-collars and this one is by far the best. The only thing I would change is the size of the remote the mini educator is better because you can hide it and people don't immediately know that your dog has a shock collar on. It tends to make people think that your dog is crazy or something. Especially when you have a big scary looking pitbull!Great product, does exactly what it's supposed to but PLEASE look into how to properly use an ecollar to train a dog. It's easy to just take your dog out and get frustrated and turn the shock up to high. That's not how you get results.

I have only used the shock a couple of times to stop my Aussie from barking at night in the back yard. Now the vibration is all it takes. She still barks here and there (a good thing) but rarely barks for long periods of time. I’m using the tone to train her to come back to me. I saw this on YouTube and it makes great sense when your dog is out of calling range.I bought this a couple of months ago and it’s easy to learn (not like some of the other electronic learning curves I have dealt with). I’m very happy with this unit and the battery lasts a couple of days, way more than I thought it would.

This is my second Educator collar! The first I used for approximately 5 years with HEAVY use! Saltwater exposure every weekend during the summer was no match to this collar!I do think I prefer the mini educator with the round remote a little better! Although I’ve only had this one for two weeks so it is probably more of a getting used to the buttons. The remote definitely fits better in my hand and I also like the beep feature. My pup just don’t know how to react to it yet😂. My first collar didn’t have that only shock and vibrate.I know this is a long winded response and I hope you make it this far as I believe it is the most important part! About 2 years in on my mini educator I had to call and get the collar replaced. Second ring a HUMAN answered the phone. Barely asked questions when I said the collar wouldn’t charge and sent me a brand new one! All she asked was to send the old back! I even tried to pay as I know letting Bella play in the ocean with it on has to be hard on it.If you are on the hunt and can’t decide I highly recommend you just going ahead and get it! I’ve tried cheaper collars and they are not even a close match to these! I will never own a different brand due to the quality and most importantly the customer service I received!

I misplaced my remote then found it and it was stuck on 13. I thought it was broken but called customer service on the index card in the new box. They were human, answered the phone meaning did not get transferred all over, American speaking, very knowledgeable, easy to understand and we trouble shot the issue so I am returning the unopened box.I absolutely love this E collar so much! 10 stars! Thank you for great customer service
