Was a Xmas gift and he loves it! Super fast turn around. Ordered on the 20th and received on the 23rd. I was worried it wouldn't make it in time so I contacted customer service and they were friendly, super helpful and responded quickly.

Stay away from this seller/product!
Paid extra for a separate backside message, independent from the front. Approached the seller to address the incorrect production of the product, but they were not helpful at all! Better off doing these kinds of crafts with a local business, not through this means!

Very Impressive!
This was a fantastic gift idea and I cannot believe how fast they got this done. I figured something like this would take weeks to deliver but in fact it was only a few days. They did a very nice job on the laser engraving as well. I'm very impressed!
