I bought your lite leg stretch strap a few weeks ago and I love it! Is it worth it to upgrade to the pro?

Both flexibility straps work the same way. ThePRO version is made from more expensive materials and includes a stretching guide booklet with flexibility exercises and a door sign. If you occasionally use your flexibility strap, then it's probably not worth the upgrade. If you use it a lot, then it probably is. Hope that helps! :)

I'm unable to touch my toes, will this help me?

Yes it will (considering you use the product constantly of course :).Although I'm positive that our product will increase flexibility in your legs and hips when using consistenltly, if your primary goal is to be able to touch your toes; in that case bending over while standing and trying to touch your toes and staying in this stretch for a longer period (at least 30 seconds, longer is fine) probably gives you better/faster results.Hope this helps. Does this product come with instructions?

Yes it does. A 28-page booklet is included with step-by-step instructions for 9 exercises (PDF was sent by email for units sold before October 2016). Instruction videos for these exercises will be available from the 26th of October 2016. Our online portal is still very much a work-in-progress but will have background info on anatomy for every exercise, a community submitted exercises platform, a journalling system to keep track of your progress and other features to educate you, help you reach your goals and get the most out of your door flexibility trainer.
