Better sticking and holding tape than two others I have used. Also easy to find the end on the next use, which also is not the case with some others.

So I'd like to first point out that it's great it sticks to itself and doesn't leave residue on your skin.HOWEVER. While you're using it, the adhesive actually smears as the tape smushes together and slides some on your skin. It ends up coming half off my thumb within the first half hour. The adhesive smearing can be reduced if you're using chalk so it won't get on your bars.Much better than using hook grip bareskinned though.

I use it specifically for weight training - it's good. Can take a beating, even with CrossFit-style workouts (I call that out since they often involve a mix of things across a range of movements, weights, bars, etc. and this stuff, despite its stretch, is very sticky and stays on).

I wanted a product that would have a high stiction/retention ability, but would not rip my skin when taking it off. For me this works great: sweat will not loosen it, but soap and warm water will get it loose easily. Love it.
