Is the 7 inch pan the smallest? I'm trying to replace smallest pan in a set.

I believe the 7 inch pan is the smallest one in this set. I find many uses for this size and am happy that I have it.

Mine has been rusting where the handle and pan meet. Is there a way to fix and prevent this from continuing? I wash by hand and dry it

After the pan cools I wash with warm soapy water. I have never had a rust problem.

Is for all stovetops including induction?

I have never used induction stovetop-didn't know it existed! I heat up skillet slowly and never use it hotter than 5 or 6 (half point) on my electric cooktop. Love the skillet!

What is the size of the bottom/ cooking surface?

I believe it is healthy! Very Little oil or butter is needed for cooking. Non stick. Easy cooking . Real easy clean-up. It’s not Teflon, so you don’t have to be concerned w/ chemicals leaking into your food, w/ the slightest scratch. The surface inside the pan, is actually beautiful. Glistening. I really am very glad I bought the small one. Will definitely be getting all the other sizes.
