This really is the best hack for getting your fiber in. Of course, it is always ideal to eat naturally fibrous foods, but when I travel or get off my normal routine, this is a lifesaver for staying regular. It is completely tasteless, which honestly surprised me. A lot of products claim to be tasteless but still have some kind of flavor. With this, I just mix it into my water and forget it is even there. It blends right in with no gritty texture at all. I do not even think twice about taking it.

Ok. Let’s be honest. There is nothing worse than becoming “irregular” on vacation. I pack these, add to my coffee each morning (doesn’t alter the flavor) and I’m good to “go” Pun intended 😜 The packets are pre measured so you don’t get too little or much It’s really that easy

I love having a fiber supplement and an easy to use and transport premixed pouch. It’s super easy to just dump it into my water every morning and not have to think about measuring it. It has absolutely no taste and no smell. Once it dissolves in the liquid, which is very quickly there is absolutely no texture to it at all. It does not impact the taste or smell or texture of whatever liquid it’s added to. I can certainly tell a difference with my digestive system when I don’t add it to my water every morning, so it works well.

I only do 1 of these about every 3-4 days . It is gentle . I would recommend this product. There is no taste. Great for travel. My only negative it that it’s very hard to open the packets. You need scissors. Hopefully they will fix that.

Was recommended this product by a friend. My son struggles with the toilet and usually will refuse to take anything to help. This product is flavourless and can be added to diluted juice. Half a sachet was taken and he was able to go to the toilet with no problem. It is expensive but worth it. 5*
