**Q: Is this product used on wet or dry hair**
A: Dry hair.  Really helps to add volume once dry and finishing up with the styling.

**Q: Does it have a strong fragrance ?**
A: I don’t notice a fragrance at all.  But that’s different for each individual..  it’s a great product

**Q: Is there other sellers that have Osis+ volume up in stock?**
A: Everyone says it is discontinued!! Boo hoo

**Q: Does this have any holding power like regular hair spray or do you still need hair spray to "freeze" hair?**
A: It does have holding power however my hair is very thick so I have to also use hair spray.  My husbands hair is fine and thin, it works great alone for him.
