Will this stool hold a 200 pound person?

I don't think so. And besides it is a pretty low stool

Is this stool 100% cedar ?

I am not able to ID the type of wood used, but it is neither oak, ash, pine, or walnut. It may indeed be cedar as mentioned in the listing. It is solid and the base is the same wood type as the seat. It was not as heavy as I expected it to be. The seat has the live edge on all but one side which appears to have been sawed to make it somewhat straight maybe to fit against a wall. This often does not show in photos. I returned the one I received. It was damaged upon arrival.

Does this stool come as one piece suitable for a covered outdoor area? Tks

I have this stool and three others, all in our living area, none outside. they come ready to use and we love them, one and all.
