Q: The powder is so fine that it doesn't mix well, it gets clumpy. How can you make a perfect even solution of this and milk or water?

I use one of those bottle that have a ball in it so you when you shake/mix ur drink, it will help with the powder from getting clumpy. I drink mine with coconut milk but any milk will work.

The label has a typo. If the fat calories are about 25 calories, then it has about 2 - 3 gms of fat per serving. If you use per gm fat ~9 calories, carb and protein ~4 calories then the total adds up to the 480 calories.

You can mix in water or milk. You can shake it up, but I find it best to use a blender so that there are not chunky pieces.
