Is this suitable for large size hands, i.e. 19cm from tip of middle finger to wrist?

I suspect not. It is quite small and very comfortable for a ladies hand. I love it but you should look for a larger version.

Mine just switched off. so, i put it on charge for at least 3 hours and when clicking the button only a red light shows. anyone can help please?- tia!

If you mean the red light on the side that should only show when the switch on the bottom is OFF and the device is connected to a USB charging point. If it is red then you should leave it until the red light goes off to ensure it is fully charged . Then you switch on the button on the bottom and should get a blue light on the bottom and no light on the side.

Is this a silent mouse? Does the clicking and roller make much noise?

It is not completely silent, there is a small click on using the left/right buttons but is very quiet and gives the impressions of being reassuringly solid. On scrolling, my experience is that the only noise generated depends upon the roughness of any mouse mat being used.
