Basically most things you can get using currency the game will give you just for playing. All MAPS are always available to all players and never bound to DLC packs. Every character in the game has 3 unique perks which can only be played on that respective character until you progress them far enough to have unlocked the Teachable versions of the perks. Once Teachables are unlocked the unique perks will then be able to appear on ANY other character when you further their progress.
