This tool is amazing. I watched a video that I found by putting Toolcity cement drilling (or something on that order in Google which produced a YouTube video) which said start your hole at a about a 45 degree angle to the cement and once it begins to cut bring the drill up to perpendicular to the cement and drill your hole moving the drill in a slight circular motion. You do need to clear the bit every minute or so to get the slug out of it. I used water to keep the bit cooler. I had two holes 4 inches deep in well less than an hour complete with marking where the hole needed to be, drilling, clearing the bit, and check to see how my pole was fitting in the hole, and cleaning up the cement dust mess. My project is to secure a ham radio mast base in an existing sidewalk. Worked perfect!

Good
We use these for work (granite and other like stones) they seem to get the job done pretty well and price is a bit lower than what we normally buy.

Happy as a pig in shit
I use it to dry core into concrete, driving it with a cordless 4" angle grinder. Handles the job like a champ. Caveat: if it rattles in the hole a segment will bust loose and game over. It handled 80 year old concrete with aplomb. Keep removing the slug and spoils as you go to the benefit of tool life. Would buy again. YMMV.

Works as advertised
Quality bit. Used to drill a hole in the granite counter top in my kitchen. Did the job in 15 min once I was able to register the bit on the granite surface. I would recommend this product.

Never believed I can make hole within 15 min into 2" granite counter top.Need to hold steady for first few min to make a grove but much simple and easy compared to others.Definitely can make lot more holes with it. Will update soon its lasting power.
