a great template stencil
I did not give it a full rating as the quality could be a bit thicker but else it serves the purpose for a quick layout of a floor plan.

Poor quality! The item was broken in the middle ...
Defective item! Poor quality! The item was broken in the middle when I received, please see the photo I posted. That is an impossible situation happened to an architecture template. Obviously the item was made by a poor material. Please see the photo of my other templates bought from Amazon, they can be bent easily with good resilience. However, this is a defective item and you will waste your money and time for sure. Because buyer has to pay return charge and to spend time waiting in the line of post office to mail it back. Terribly purchase experience!
