I make pizza from scratch every once in a while. I learned pretty quick that I needed a peel. Especially since I use a pizza stone rather than a pan. This peel is great for my purposes. It helps me get my shaped dough on and off a pizza stone with ease (I use parchment paper under the dough). It can be used to turn the pizza in the oven to get an even bake. Plus, I really appreciate that it folds up for easy storage in a cabinet.

I absolutely LOVE this product! I just bought a pizza oven and searched around for the best pizza peel and ended up getting this one. It shipped so fast and was super easy to put together! The handle comes with a string and a hole for easy storage and the handle also flips around to save space while storing. This product works great, as I’m able to transfer a pizza to it or even build a pizza right on it before transferring into the oven. It also allows for easy rotating and removal once the pizza is cooked. Pros: Works great Easy to store Easy to clean Great value Cons: Handle is a little tough to rotate if you want to do the handle rotation for storage.

I love the small form factor of this thing when it comes to storage. It works perfectly. The handle is just right for anybody not using a deep pizza oven.

I used this when I make pizza on my stone I. The oven. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was because I think the steel part could be a bit heavier.

I love this peel because it's inexpensive, light, and pretty well made, easy to clean, and can sit behind a closet door or narrow pantry. Just remember to dust with flour or cornmeal! But if you're using a peel, you probably already know that! lol

The raised ridges negate the effectiveness of a sprinkle of corn meal to slide the raw dough off onto the stone without sticking, It sticks to the ridges. It's great for getting the pizza off the stone and out of the household 550F oven. It stores well and cleans easily, the shorter handle is fine for a regular oven in a smaller kitchen. I imagine if you like a thicker stiffer dough for your crust it would be okay for loading, but for me its strictly getting the finished pizza out. I kind of regret the purchase but not enough to ask someone to drive to a UPS store to return it for me or pay to have it picked up.

Easily handles a twelve inch pizza in our outdoor pizza oven. I also use it to launch 2 loaves of bread into my range oven.
