High Temperature Plated Copper Heater Block Compatible with Anycubic Vyper Sidewinder X1 X2 FLSUN SR Volcano Hotend PT100 Cartridge Sensor DDB Extruder 3D Printer (Copper)

Not much to say here. I have installed one and the other awaits it’s turn should I ever need to replace the first one.It works as it should.It remains pliable even after being heated and cooled back down many times.I haven’t had them too terribly long but the first one has been installed for around a dozen prints and it shows no signs of breaking down, hardening, or splitting/cracking.It goes on easily and has just the right amount of grip to the hot end that it has never been a concern that it may fall off, and on top of that it is easy to remove as needed.If I had to come up with something I didn’t like the only thing I can come up with is I wish there were options for different colors.

I know this wasn't designed for for a FLSUN but its a decent not perfect but very usable. I've been looking all over for a close fit and this is it and its at a cheap price

I saw another user comment that this part did not work with their Super Racer and just wanted to add my experience that this did work great for me with mine. I did also add a bimetal heat break, which as far as I understand things helps with the thermal runaway issue that person ran into.For Super Racer owners looking for an amazing upgrade - this block + silicone sock + bimetal heat break + a higher quality brass nozzle is a massive improvement especially for speed and larger nozzle sizes than .4mm.

Though it's a TIGHT fit in my "Flsun Super Racer", I have a feeling this fits perfectly on all machines it was intended for.If you change nozzles regularly it may wear down fairly fast, but in the last year I'm only on my second one, and the first wasn't even THAT badly worn.I had to replace my Flsun's original block because it was crooked straight from the factory, and again, while this is a little tight in the machine, it DOES work

I ordered these back in early 2023 when they had a sale as I needed to stock up on spare parts for my FLSUN Super Racer. They were advertised as being compatible with my printer and appeared to be of great quality when they arrived. Unfortunately, when I went to go use them, they were anything but that - The ones I received are not compatible with the FLSUN thermistor at all, as you can see in the second photo with the single screw in the side. I have a bunch of extra Creality thermistors on hand, but it won't even take those, either.Bottom line about this product: Quality is pretty good, but quality control post-manufacturing has a lot to learn.

The plating is excellent and the machining tolerances are spot on, it's just a hair large for the silicone sock that came on the original heat block. The only issue I had was a small burr where the grub screw holds the thermistor cartridge, I had to twiddle a screwdriver in the hole before the cartridge thermistor would fit. Keep in mind that is adds some additional mass to the extruder so you may have to adjust accel & jerk settings. Be sure to do a PID tune & flow calibration.

I might just be jaded, amazon shopping having worn me down with the vast array of knockoffs, trash, and lies, but this piece looks really nice.The Coating is perfect, and shiny. The threads are very clean. This small, cheap piece has never seen a burr in its life.I'm a simple man. This is a very nicely made heater block. The weight is right for copper, was sealed nicely, arrived on time, great price. Unless something really goes sideways, I'm happy. Buy this.

Working well on my FLSUN SR printers. Along with CHT nozzles. The auto leveling sensor mount still works with this block so no need to print any attachments.
