Q: Why do these have a Prop 65 warning?

Do to the material used. I think it's just California. Seems like everything in California can give you cancer there but not anywhere else. Lol these work great and I am still healthy after multiple uses.

Q: Will they scractch the slow cooker?

The inside of our slow cookers are ceramic. These Oxo shredders will not scratch this type of ceramic insert but as for other types I cannot say.
