Well packed and I assembled it in 2 hours with help of my friend. It's made of quality material, well designed and meet my expectations. I am 5' 6" at 180 lbs, I was searching a good bench for home gym and this is awesome as it fulfill my needs. This is good for chest and biceps. Good value for money

I like all of the options and different exercises you can do on it. It is very versatile and works as expected.I was stopping to do my exercices because the gyms were so far away from me, because of where I lived. But now is no reason to stop .

I have bought this bench two weeks ago and started using it.I bought it to workout from home because of ongoing pandemic almost all gyms are closed and I'm unable to go to gym.Its not very professional gym bench but if you're trying to built small home gym this is good in quality,It is good for heavy weight as well I'm 75kg and it's working well for me.However, hand rest should be little wider as i don't feel comfortable in resting hand in little place but in this price and for home gym I would recommend this bench.so far it's the best bench i have bought from Amazon as i was scared to buy but I'm glad it is serving its purpose and easy to assemble.

It’s very law quality, the steel you can adjust it by hands , it’s not even strong steel , I have very big regret to buy it , it’s totally useless , if they use carton or plastic more strong then the type of steel they use , sorry I won’t to give no star but no option not too so I give one star but consider it negative 100 stars

I was very worry about my health because of being home for so long during Covid-19 lock down. SO i decided to do some exercise and after a good routine i decided to start gym also but it was so difficult to join gym because it take too much time to reach there, Then i started buying some accessories to start gym at home. I searched a lot and found this bench reasonable as it look like it have multiple benefits but i was wrong and i really regret that i bought this item. I tried to contact the seller but no response after so many days i was very shocked that how it is possible that this much expensive product and owner of the store really does not care about customers. Then i tried to return the product but have some issue and i emailed to amazon right after and i am so happy with there service. Amazon Helped me within 2/3 hours and they issue me refund on urgent basis.Pros:1 - Good pictures on listingFor each product i found some good points but this product does not have any pros at allCons:1 - Missing Parts2 - Bended Rods3 - Low quality Material4 - Does not come with any weightToo many Cons you need to return it for sureFinal Words:Dont waste your money and time on this product.

Got this as a christmas gift for my husband and he loved it. happy to see him workout from home safely.
