Great product!
This dongle works very well. But, you have to use the Victory wiring harness. I was told by my dealer you also must have a Sena Bluetooth device on your helmet. I have the Sena SMH-10. Pairing the dongle with your headset is a no-brainer. The pairing was done by turning on the Victory radio. Once it is installed and paired, the Sena Bluetooth on your helmet controls the volume. The volume goes much higher than you will ever need. Keep the volume on the Victory at the first level. If you try to raise the volume via the Victory controls you will receive a reverberation or bounce back in your helmet. To stop all sound you simply turn the Victory sound system off. There have been a significant number of reports of the dongle not working. If you use the Victory wiring harness and correctly connect the dongle and it sill does not work you probably have a bad dongle. I had my Victory dealer install mine since I am not a knowledgeable person when it comes to the wiring of the bike. My dongle has worked perfectly since the first time it paired. If you want to listen to the Victory audio system in your Sena helmet Bluetooth, I highly recommend this dongle.

I see others give this product a low (2 star) rating because they did not do their homework before purchasing it. They admits it was their own fault and NOT the product. That is NOT appropriate. I did a great deal of readership including talking to the manufacturer and to Victory Customer Service. I knew it did not have and instructions on how to use it, the manufacturer does NOT support it, and, frankly, neither does Victory. They can give no information on its use (or won't). I've read some reviews and forums and one or two users have said pairing the device is a no brainier but they had their dealer install and set up the device for use (initial pairing). But countless others who've installed their own have just as many problems because they just went after it guessing about initial setup. The dongle must be paired with the headset FIRST before attempting any other use once installed. So some instructions from the manufacturer/Victory would be appropriate and customers have a absolute right to expect this minimal level of support. Service from and the Seller were adequate.

Two Stars
Didn't work as I expected, but that was my misunderstanding of the product - not the products fault

It does what it said, but nothing more.
It attaches to the bike (once you get the right cable: http://www.amazon.com/review/RMUXOVZ75PFHO/ref=cm_cr_rdp_perm) and transmits the sound via Bluetooth. I guess that's the minimum required to meet the description. However, it isn't transmitting the volume controlled output of the bike. That's right, the nice volume control by your left thumb becomes useless. I suspect this is a wiring harness problem rather than a real problem of the dongle, but lets face it, this is a system, and the parts of the system need to work together. I should be able to adjust the transmitted signal volume using the bike's controls. OK, annoyance, not killer. But it also transmits dead air even when the radio is "off". Really guys!?!? If I want to stop transmitting, I have to turn off the BIKE?!? That's just stupid!
