I have an instant pot which I use all the time however sometimes I have house guests who are not familiar with it. My old stove top pressure cooker is 18 years old and needed replacing. The new Vinod cooker is a good size for a small family and so far I’m pleased with it. My previous cooker was not as noisy and I’m working on getting used to adjusting the heat so that it emits steam continuously rather than in loud intermittent bursts.

I'm a big fan of Vinod's sandwich bottom cookers. It took a few tries to get the lid on properly at first (the rubber ring was tight), but it's great and works really well. And this 3L cooker is an excellent size for 1-3 people's food.

Regulator tends to all or nothing so it's taking a little getting used to ( once it starts to rise off the seat it rises to it's upper limit rather then a more gradual flow increase ), learning where to adjust the flame to balance. Cooks and cleans up well, and I like the size for small / single meals. The size is also probably why it reacts so fast of course.
