I like them
The resistance band s do exactly what I expected and wanted. I use them regularly. I especially like their portability.When I travel I can easily take them with me.

Get a Grip
These grips are adequate and serve the purpose for which they were purchased. The reason I give them an average rating is because I was surprised that they were not padded for comfort. The materials the handles are made of are textured for a firm grip but when performing some exercises it can get a little tough on the hands, and I don't wear gloves to workout with bands. I hope this helps anyone wanting to buy some additional or replacement grips.
