Ordered medium but it is so small that hardly anything can be kept in it. Not worth the money at all

The media could not be loaded.  I received the product which is used one with damaged steel bowl with black marks and treads to the bowl n scratches on lid, assuming after cleaning it will go but lid is of plastic and the quality is too bad. After cleaning it got worsened. The steel quality is also poor.
