Sturdy Quality Product
Very nice and good quality, sturdy clothes rack. Easy to assemble and looks really nice. I bought this to hold suits and coats, as well as boots and shoes. I am very happy with the product.Great Customer Service:Upon arrival, I was missing a piece of the rack, so I emailed the company and asked if they could send a replacement piece or should I just return and reorder. They responded within 24 hours and told me to keep the clothes rack and that they would send a replacement rack! The new rack arrived within 3 days and was perfect! Highly recommend both the product and the company.

FYI - Hanging bar needs to be stabilized better
It's sturdy and works well enough. The hanging bar, the hooks become slack and the bar can fall out, I cut a sponge and put a wedge under the hook, inside the tube... it still works itself undone, but I check it each week or so and push it back in. Other than that, it's sturdy

Its easy to put together
Its easy to put together, it does not hold a lot of clothing like it looked like it would. It wobbles, and okay for temporary placementof small waredrobe. Would be better off with a more sturdy substitute.
