Permethrin Treated Repels Tick Mosquitoes Flies Chiggers & More Insect Repellent Complete 2 Packages

Since I got these I have had no more flee or tick bites. Yea

I did not get a tall set & a short set, i got 2 short sets. Still okay, but not as described. I do not use the hat or belt.

These items helped protect me from flea bites when we had an infestation. The neck vowel was very comfortable but know that the gaiters are quite small both in length and size of the opening. I’m 5’6” elderly woman, 165 lbs. and they were very tight. The belt is nice and long, you cut it to size.

Three stars, because these are better than using nothing.I got a similar Insect Guard package to the package of products now being sold, but with a different neck guard, that was just a strap that is probably worthless. The neck guard piece in this pkg looks more effective. In my pkg all the products were black which is better than them being white. White will become very dirty with use and require more washings, which will shorten the gaiters' life.I was unable to get these Insect Guard ankle gaiters to work over men's pants. So, I use the leg gators on my arms to provide more coverage than the provided wrist guards. In my opinion the ankle version should be sold as wrist guards and the manufacturer needs to redesign the ankle gaiters so they can provide something more useful.The most disappointing part of this product package was the belt and its buckle. My buckle regularly just pops open and releases leaving me open to ticks. the buckle is poorly and cheaply made or not well designed. Its paint began chipping off very early in use and the buckle began to rust. They need a buckle that will hold up to perspiration.Additionally, from what a local pest management specialist with Cornell University informs me, it is very unlikely the the belt or neck guard will be effective against ticks, because they are just not wide enough to keep the tick in contact with the pesticide for long enough for the pesticide to be effective. Still, I wear the belt, but replaced the junk buckle that it came with an replaced it with a well made brass buckle for the belt.I hope this product gets improved and provides evidence that all the parts of this package are actually effective against ticks. We need effective protection from ticks and I think leg/ankle, arm/wrist and neck gaiters can and should be part of our effort to protect against ticks
