It is brown. Not oil rubbed bronze. Not a bad color but they should call it what it is

Is the "metal" stainless steel?

Highly doubt it. The finish looks to be some sort of coating. I ordered the "silver" and it is a lightly metallic grey, not like a real "nickel" finish. It's not great, but it'll do for the price.

Will it hold the costco rolls?
