Pool Blaster Water Tech Aqua Broom Pool & Spa Cleaner

This vacuum works great for us. We have a 16x48 pool and this is all I use to clean it. We had one previous for about 5 years and we now just needed a new one. It doesn't come with the long pole though that attaches to the vacuum but we had one from a skimmer pole for the last vacuum so we just used that. It does take 5 batteries but they last a while in there and the suction is good!

Seit 2 Tagen haben wir den Sauger nun. Bin sehr überrascht über die gute Saugleistung. Wir haben einen 350 Durchmesser Pool und die Kinder hatten Sand reingeworfen. Alles aufgesaugt ohne Probleme. Bin auf die Langzeitbewertung in 2 Jahren gespannt ob wir immer noch so zufrieden sind.Einzigster Nachteil ist, was aber klar war, das man Batterien braucht. Kann noch nicht sagen wie lange die Batterien halten. Man braucht 5 D Batterien.Evtl. Könnte man sich als Hersteller eine Alternative mit Akku ausdenken.Meine Empfehlung bisschen Geld investieren Wiederaufladbare Batterien benutzen. Schont den Geldbeutel und die Umwelt.

Good aqua-vac but the receptacle is a bit small - I would say it maxes out at roughly the size of a handful of sand. If you have a system that leaks a lot of sand you'll have to empty it a few times to clean your tub but it's not a big deal because it pulls apart pretty quickly and easily. In any case, this unit sucks up the sand very well leaving your tub nice and clean. Afterwards I remove the batteries and leave everything out to dry, usually in front of a fan or a heater, and afterwards I reassemble the unit & put the batteries in a baggy to store for next use. I expect it will last a long time this way. There's really nothing else out there like this product, and it serves me well, so I'm taking good care of it.

I bought this for our 30,000 gallon in-ground pool. This is my first year owning a pool. I didn't want to spend $1,000.00 and buy an auto sweeper, and besides I don't need it. In my pool, it stays pretty clean. I have automatic pool cover, and salt system. Just in the deep end and along the seam on the bottom of the pool is where the debris collects. It must be from the way the water flows constantly and always collects in the same spot. So I thought this would be perfect. It is!!!!! I hop in the pool and start this thing up, I swim along the edge for 2-3 minutes and it picks up all the debris! I empty the bag and lay it in the sun to dry. It works flawlessly! The plastic is a little thin, It cracked around one of the seam where the threads are. I was able to super glue it and it remained water tight. Also, the gasket needs lubed regularly! It leaks slightly if you don't lube it every couple of time you use it. I do not expect any pool cleaner or battery operated device to last more than a year, I mean it is submersed in a chlorine pool, it is going to corrode and is going to leak no matter how expensive of a device you buy. I figured for $40 bucks, I'll replace it every year... Well it has lasted the whole year and Im glad to say I DON'T need to replace it yet!!! I would recommend this. In fact my neighbor bought one instead of fixing his $800.00 Automatic pool sweep! He loves it too. Just wish the plastic was thicker and a bit more durable.....
