Are the lens used in the telescope defected and of wrong size?

The lenses are of correct size. The Telescope that I received had a wrong size lens. But on contacting the Smartivity Team, they replaced it with the correct lens. If you are facing any problem, please contact their Customer Care. They are really helpful.

Can we see planets with this ?

No. This is not an astronomical telescope. It has 8X zoom

This Height & Distance mesureing telescope take reading accurate ???

Not accurate even though during assembly some parts will broke. Carton paper material useless to invest.
