AUVON 4 Outputs TENS Machine for Pain Relief, TENS EMS Muscle Stimulator with 24 Modes, 2" and 2"x4" TENS Electrodes Pads

I was advised to try a tens machine for lower back pain. I fairly often, about three or four times a year, seem to get a lower back muscle spasm that locks my back and I have to rest it for several days before I can bend over or sit comfortably again. I looked at several makes and than came across this Auvon model that seemed to be much cheaper than rivals but with just as much equipment and decent reviews and decided to try it.I just did my back again and I have only used it for a few days but it has made a significant impact on my back and seems to speed up the recover time. With a fixed menu and everything controlled by a couple of buttons, it is very easy to use. As I said, it is well equipped with leads and pads, charges direct from a USB port and the battery lasts well and seems to do the job!I can't offer any view on the EMS side yet but it was a nice to have just in case.My only criticism would be the manual is scant on detail and I went to a youtube video to see where it would be best to place the electrodes, but I would probably have checked out a couple of videos anyway.Very Happy with my purchase.

This is the second time I've bought on of these. Its so much more versatile having 4 outputs rather than 2 which is ideal for someone who often has to trest multiple sources of pain at the same time. Its the easiest to use than any other TENS ive tried over the years (including the super expensive wireless ones). Electrodes are good too. Very sticky and easily refreshed with a little water. Great price, great results. I wish it came with its own case that cant store wires pads and machine in one place. The only storage thing it comes with is a drawstring bag to fit just the machine. Although you can store it in the in the box fine, there could be another storage solution to make it more compact to travel with. I used an old case from my previous tens machine.

This little gadget it’s really good! Helps a lot with my back and neck pain. I was quite sceptical at the beginning and spent a lot of time reading the reviews most importantly it wasn’t for me, it was for my friend who was suffering with really bad back pain and I thought it will help him. He only used it twice because he feels that sticking it on it’s not easy on your own and takes too much of a hassle.Unfortunately you have to have someone to help to place the sticky’s on.Bad point is that when you use them only 2-3 times they start to fall off because they can’t stick properly anymore. Also the wires are a bit of an issue when you have all of the sticks on your back and trying to get dressed with so many wires dangling down.Definitely helps to relax your muscles and improve circulation.

Helped me recover from Quadriceps tendinopathy.My quads were not firing at all during workouts and I ended up with tendinopathy in the quad tendon.I used this little machine to get them firing twice a day for a few weeks and it worked!The sticky pads are very good. I'm really hairy and even without trimming they stick and much over the 20 times they say they will. I would recommend shaving any areas you need to use the pads on though as the electricity flows better.Great little machine and well priced on sale too with quality pads that stick for some time.

I love this TENS machine.. I have a bulging disc that is causing seriously bad sciatica.. I cannot sit or lay down for long before I am in agony with cramping nerve pain down my left side and getting out of bed is impossible due to the pain when trying to move. As my pain is widely spread all down my left side from my back to the ankle I thought I would try this AUVON TENS 4 output machine due to it having 4 outlets so I can spread the pads out. And it is brilliant! I can’t believe how much it has helped me. I have been using it for a month now and I use it as soon as I get into bed and throughout the night. And it helps get me off to sleep and eases the pains in the morning when I wake up so I can get out of bed much better.. I particularly like program 3 but there are 24 to chose from and you can have 2 different programs running at same time as the first 2 outlets allow you to do one program and the second 2 outlets lets you run another. It is so easy to use, I can operate it with my eyes closed now, which I do very often in the middle of the night! It’s as small as a mobile phone and the cables are long enough so can reach any part of the body without tugging. It has a locking function so you can’t accidentally power up too high as the highest setting is way above what I can take and the battery really lasts.So as you can see I cannot praise this little machine enough. It really does help me. Having seen how happy I am with mine my partner has also brought himself one.

Helps with recurring shoulder pain.

I've struggled with a bad back for near 20 years, thus us a great little device, I've used professional devices before, and this is no different, great for a half hour with pads on my back, really does help, it does relieve some of the pains, I can set the levels, to suit how much I need, 4 outlets, for 8 pads, so they can be spread around easily, the pads themselves, are sticky for ages, and so easy to clean, the device itself, is small enough to carry around with you, it's about the size of a standard mobile phone, come with a nice cloth bag to go out with too, my opinion is, that's it's a great device at a fantastic price, would highly recommend ☆☆☆☆☆

This is very effective for my back pain, I use it as I'm going to sleep and it helps my back feel like it's untwisting. However I have had two of these now and both have only lasted about 6 months before stopping working - one the electric charge would fade in and out, the other just went dead and wouldn't charge. I have ordered a third because while they do work, they are good, it's just annoying that they are so short lived.
