I love this book . . . and my heart was broken when I thought I'd left it on the Washington State Ferry.My wife and I entertained ourselves with this scratchy fun all the way from Portland to Anacortes. The questions are multiple choice, and you scratch (think lottery tickets) to find out how many points to deduct or add. I figure we broke even after nine questions just because it was as fun as scratching the cover price worth of lottery tickets.The book includes some numerical goals to give you something to shoot for, and we were doing respectably. The questions aren't easy (some of them are easy), but you are awarded partial credit if you get it right on the second or third try.We had about 1000 points when we got off the ferry at Friday Harbor. We thought we'd try for more, but the book was nowhere to be found. Good thing we had a copy of "Scratch & Solve Encyclopaedia Britannica General Knowledge Trivia!"Now, I guess there's a downside to everything: my wife returned too soon to the trivia after getting a manicure, and the scratchy stuff embedded itself into the polish. Consider yourself warned.Happy ending: after returning home from our road trip, it was time to clean out the car. Far, far under the seat was the lost book! Woohoo!
