This was a gift .But it's exactly as pictured.

I have to agree with one reviewer I saw, that it's very odd drinking from something square. I ended up drinking out of a corner. Other than that oddity, it's perfect! And I especially love how it's got "St John Ambulance" on it. I've only used it once; I like it more just sitting on my desk, looking all cute and TARDIS-y.

If you're going to complain about the product arriving broken, perhaps you need to be watching re-runs of "Friends". Can't you just return it and order the cup again?Cool mug.

My son loved it.

It arrived late and chipped.I was exited to find a Dr Who mug gift for my friend, I order it right away. Unfortunately it took sooo long to arrive that didn’t arrive by her birthday, hence she wasn’t unable to open the gift until now, to make it worse the mug is chipped, and is not a small chip that you can ignore, is in the front part of the mug, totally disappointed with it, never again :(

It would be important when ordering this to tell us that it is not dishwasher safe nor is it microwave oven, safe. I was buying this as a Christmas present; howsomeeverwordswise, it was very poorly packed, and it arrived in quite a number of pieces.
