Tasty & Easy to Stick To
About to order our 3rd round of these gummies. Like most people, we are on the low side of Vitamin D when we go to our annual appointments. So my plan is to take these, along with my husband, and see how we do. I chose these because I like Mary Ruths, and have had good results from their other products. I also was very happy with this price and the number of gummies you get. The taste is great too - I always take with a meal, usually lunch, and they are quite satisfying with a little sweet kick of citrus.

Loved this product for both myself and my ASD 11 year ...
Loved this product for both myself and my 11 year old! The flavors of the gummy are bright and yummy tasting, and they have a wonderful soft texture that feels it is starting to melt in your mouth a bit when you chew them. My last vitamin D gummies were awful because they had the texture of gummy bears, which mercilessly stick to your teeth, and that D did so as well, but these are not like that. How many great things can I say about this product? First and best, no artificial crap! No corn syrup, no dextrose, no maltodextrin like I have found in other vitamins. Love, love, love that they are non-GMO, gluten-free, and soy-free. And no icky aftertaste! One thing I observed is that it was different from other D I have tried - my nails usually shoot out really long really quickly when I get back on the "D train". When this didn't happen right away, I was like, "hmm...", BUT, the great news is that though my nails grew out more slowly (more naturally, perhaps?), they were SO much stronger than previous D vitamins I have tried...a happy surprise! Oh, and no sheep lanolin sourced D in these. Though as a meat-eating Chicago girl I'm not a vegetarian, the idea that my vitamins in the past have come from lanolin is a little creepy. These are sourced from wild lichen, which make me like 'em, haha (okay, say it out loud, people). I have used other MaryRuth products and found them to be equally fantastic. I look forward to anything this woman is going to put out because I haven't had a bad experience yet. My only suggestion? A higher dose D, and maybe for picky autism-spectrum kiddos like mine, bottles of single flavors along with the offering of the mixed flavors because everyone knows that one child who will eat only strawbery. Or only orange. Or only lemon. :-) I heart MaryRuth!

If you live in NorCal, You need these
I'm honestly not sure why everyone started taking vitamin D drops. They just don't taste good and, frankly, it's a little weird. We live in Northern California where (if we are lucky) it rains from December to April. And I mean it rains all the time. This can get really depressing. That's why getting your vitamin D another way it's super important. We had already started using some of Mary Ruth's other supplements so it made sense to go ahead and try these. We were pleasantly surprised! It's hard to get teenagers to take vitamins, but these taste great. This is a great way to get the vitamin D that you're missing without feeling like you "have to" take something. These gummies make it feel like you are popping a treat in your mouth.

Toddlers LOVE these gummies.
We love these gummies in our house! My five and two year old both would eat the whole container if I’d let them! We take one a day during the winter months when we don’t get very much sunshine. Love the benefits and cleanliness of this product and they love the taste. Win win! Mary Ruth’s will always be our go to for vitamins.

Obsessed
My kids are obsessed with this vitamin. Tastes great, ingredients pass the picky mom test and of course they’re getting a critical vitamin into their system. They beg me every day for their vitamin. Makes administration extremely convenient when you don’t have to remember or fight them to take it 🤪 Definitely will repurchase when we run out!

Good vitamin
My granddaughter is 4 years old, she loved all flavors but the lemon. She would remind is daily to give her these vitamins. They were very easy for her to chew and swallow. I would definitely recommend

Incredible customer service and attentinon
I have a small issue with my order. I notified the seller and the manufacturer after I realized it and by the time I woke up the next day, I had a full refund and emails from both the seller and Mary Ruth's.Mary Ruth's replaced my order immediately, asked me to provide some more information about the issue (which I did) and completely, professionally and kindly sorted things out for me.As a small business owner, I hope my customers get the same kind of concern and attention when they have an issue with anything that I sell. The level of service from the company was top notch and I will be purchasing from them again. I haven't taken the Vitamin D3 long enough to judge it on it's effectiveness but the taste is good and the ingredients are impressive.I'll be getting bloodwork done to test my D levels after about 60 days of taking these and will report back with how my levels have changed during that time.

11 out of 10, will buy again
After being prescribed D2 on one occasion then D3 on another for having low levels, I stopped taking the Rx and just suffered instead because they made me ill. I stumbled upon no name gummies in a discount store and they worked ok, but went to get more and they were no longer made. Out of all the ones I've viewed online these here had the most favourable ingredients (no corn syrup, etc) and it was apparent this company actually gives a.f. about what we're ingesting. These are like small gumdrops. If you're expecting gummy bear rubbery texture then this isn't it. They're chewy and a little crumbly, taste very good... I dissolve one in my mouth in the morning then drink a glass of almond milk, been doing this for last few months and it's been working. To those saying you won't give it to your kids cos it's like candy, you are kinda ridiculous because one serving has hardly any sugar. 1 gram, actually... Which is 1/4th of a TEASPOON. These aren't a miracle cure and like any other D vitamin take some time to build levels, but it's a good way to do it without ingesting trash.
