The case was great to start with, felt like something that would last me several years to come on my expensive investment on my phone.Unfortunately after a couple weeks of use the handle tore while it was on my wrist and there goes my phone down into the water. Like my phone, my heart has been continually sinking. Neverending until I recieve a replacement.I got home and made a claim with tmobile assurant to get a replacement phone. I had the pro max grey unlocked 512gb(costed me $1,500), so my deductible was $250. I told the moshi company about what happened and the defective product they gave me, and honestly it could be just 1 of the manufacturing defects cause I didn't hit or snag anything and the had tore on me. In the email of the company I didn't expect them to pay for my new phone or a replacement of equivalent equipment. But to simply send me out a replacement case for my replacement phone. I sent $50 for a single case to this company already and I am a paying customer. I was sternly shooed off by Anita from customer service. It's fine, I was giving the company another chance to let me give their product another chance and they decide to toss another customer and another chance for more customers away. I was interested in other products in their line but now I know all their products are faulty and they wish to save face because if I get sent another one and it also tears, it will confirm that they have inferior products.Save yourself time and money. This company is greedy and their customer service team will easily tear their relationships with their customer like they tore my heart.

This is the second iPhone case of this exact style / brand I’ve bought in 4 years. I love the wrist holder and it is the primary reason I rebought. The only issue is the connecting metal circle holding the handle to the base of the case because it became loose (after 4 years) and the wrist strap kept falling off. But again, it lasted since 2019, so 4 years isn’t bad. The case itself is good, all the right spaces and holes in the needed places. I just hope the company keeps this style in the future so when I upgrade my iPhone, I’ll still be able to purchase the same style. I’m not the type to run out and buy the next edition of the iPhone so I still have the 11max pro So I was very happy the company still offered this style for my phone.

It’s a great case and is very well made. Just wish it had 2 tabs to hang better.
