First aid antiseptic. It always stays fresh. As a water purifier add 6 drops per liter of water. No need to refrigerate, but keep out of direct sunlight. Iodine is necessary for the thyroid gland's proper performance of its work. We usually get iodine from our diet, however the soil is depleted of essential nutrients and iodine is one of those minerals. In Japan the average consumption of iodine is 10-14mg daily. Important information Must not be used during pregnancy, while taking medications, for thyroid disorders or allergies. Do not take if you are allergic to iodine. Only recommended for external use. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or pharmacist. Instructions for use: for external use or as directed by the physician.

Review: Seems to work - Put some drops in coconut oil and used it on my patchy skin, cleared up l think what's known as liver spots . Purple blemishes under the skin and an irritating itchy sore that didn't want to heal. Impressed.

This is so superior to J. Crows Lugols. I have been using J. Crows Lugol's 2% for over 20 years. I never bought any other brand. But I was fed up with their decline not only in the product, as it became 'weaker' and paler in color - but their droppers were IMPOSSIBLE not only to open, but the part you were supposed to squeeze became solid as a rock, and you would have to find a dropper from another bottle to use in a new bottle of Lugols. I found this product, as I have used this brand of DMSO in the past, and was impressed with the quality and packaging of this brand's product. The Lugols is dark, and you can tell fresh, the dropper works perfectly, and it is SO much larger for the price - and comes packaged in a heavy duty tube and box - you cannot ask for better. THIS (Helitropfen) WILL BE THE BRAND I WILL BUY FROM NOW ON - I hope they continue to manufacturer it - its so superior to J.Crows Lugols they are not even in the same ball park....
